勇士陣中2名球星Kevin Durant、Draymond Green日前爆發的內鬨風波，已經在兩人和解下落幕，不過4日勇士造訪老鷹主場時，球迷就祭出「離間計」，不斷大喊他的隊友Green，想藉此擾亂Durant罰球。

Kevin Durant與Draymond Green日前因為一次比賽末段的關鍵失誤爆發爭端，賽後還延燒到消息室，據傳Green還大爆粗口飆罵Durant，甚至提到他即將成為自由球員的敏感話題，最終遭勇士球團禁賽一場。

Draymond Green目前正因上個月的腳趾傷勢休養中，沒有出席這場對老鷹之戰。而Durant在罰球時，主場的老鷹球迷就故意重提舊事，不斷大喊「格林討厭你！」試圖挑撥離間，干擾他罰球。不過Durant畢竟見過大風大浪，並未受到影響2罰俱中，最終勇士也輕鬆以128：111擊敗老鷹。

膽紅素偏高，快爆肝了嗎？

抽血發現膽紅素值偏高，是肝臟出了問題，還是有其他原因？

有位慢性B肝帶原者來信詢問，服用B肝抗病毒藥物大概3年了，肝指數都正常，B肝病毒也測不到，有輕微的肝實質病變，可是抽血的膽紅素值總偏高至2點多，最近一次竟然升高到3.7，很擔心是不是肝硬化厲害，快要爆肝了？他很緊張還去做了肝纖維化掃描，結果顯示纖維化程度才第二級，醫師說他膽紅素值高，有可能是體質的關係，先持續保持追蹤即可，這情況到底要不要緊？

肝病防治學術基金會董事長、臺大醫學院名譽教授許金川，於最新專欄「《愛肝加油站》膽紅素值莫名偏高可能是先天遺傳所致」答覆指出，膽紅素是紅血球中的血紅素代謝後的產物，首先會轉變為未結合型膽紅素，進入肝細胞後經由肝臟的轉移酵素作用，再變成結合型膽紅素才能排出肝細胞至膽道，最後再流入腸道，兩者之總和稱為總膽紅素，可做為評估肝臟功能的其中一項指標。

抽血膽紅素值偏高，首先要釐清肝臟是否出了問題，例如有無結石造成膽道堵塞或長了腫瘤壓迫膽道，導致膽汁無法順利排出，或是否有病毒、藥物、酒精等引起嚴重肝炎、肝細胞壞死，肝臟無法正常代謝膽紅素，膽紅素就會升高，另外，如果有血液疾病導致紅血球被大量破壞、造成溶血，血色素量增多，也會使膽紅素值升高。

這位民眾雖有B肝帶原，但是在抗病毒藥物控制下，肝指數都正常，B肝病毒也測不到，肝臟只有輕微纖維化，因此，長期以來的膽紅素值升高，應該非B肝病毒引起肝炎，或因肝功能衰退所致，建議可進一步排除是否有膽道問題或血液方面疾病，若確定沒有，則可能是先天遺傳因素引起的膽紅素升高血症。

引起膽紅素代謝異常的機轉相當複雜，研究指出可能與肝臟內的轉移酵素含量較少有關，患者的總膽紅素值及未結合型膽紅素值都會偏高，總膽紅素值大都介於1.2至3mg/dl，鮮少超過5mg/dl，不過此症並不會影響到正常的肝臟功能運作，亦不會造成其他疾病，一輩子對健康也沒有什麼影響。因此無需過度擔憂，原則上，只要做好每半年的定期追蹤就行了。

肝病防治學術基金會網站《肝病知識》指出，一般抽血檢驗會驗直接膽紅素（D-Bil）及總膽紅素（T-Bil），正常人的直接膽紅素大約在0.4mg/dl以下，總膽紅素大約在1.2mg/dl以下，直接膽紅素的正常值──0.4mg/dl以下。

此外，針對服用B肝口服抗病毒藥物的民眾，許金川教授也曾在專訪時提醒，目前的B肝口服抗病毒藥物服用之後，會讓肝指數恢復正常，病毒量會降低甚至測不到，但不可輕忽的是，口服抗病毒藥物可以把血液中的病毒清除，但肝臟裡面的病毒是清不掉的，且因為之前病毒已經在肝臟潛伏幾十年，甚至更久，肝臟說不定已經纖維化甚至硬化，或已經長了肝癌，所以一定要每半年做一次完整的肝功能檢查、胎兒蛋白檢查及腹部超音波檢查。
