Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

7617億競選支票賴稱多已核定

中國時報【周毓翔╱台北報導】

行政院長賴清德昨到立院報告普悠瑪事件，國民黨團書記長曾銘宗質詢賴清德在選舉期間「重綠輕藍」，至各縣市大開選舉政策支票，經統計，總額高達7617.6億元；賴清德解釋，這些許多行政院都已經核定過，「我只是去宣布」，況且重綠輕藍也不是事實，他任內就核定近千億預算給新北市。

曾銘宗指出，賴清德今年大選前在全台大開支票，金額高達7617.6億元，而且多數都集中在民進黨執政地區，比如彰化就拿到超過千億元、台中超過240億元、高雄高達2064億元，而國民黨執政的縣市拿到的都很少。

賴清德解釋，他不是候選人，不可能開支票，而且各縣市都有本身的建設計畫，蔡英文總統上任兩年就已經做了各種審查，而有些已經通過的審查，他只是去「宣布」這些通過審查的案子。

他也強調，沒有偏袒綠營縣市，例如他任內就核定近千億給新北市，比如新北市捷運萬大樹林線已核定550億元、台北港110多億元等，很多建設都是長期的，地方要推動建設，中央要協助是藍綠皆然的。

曾銘宗質疑，苗栗縣只分到6000多萬元，明顯與高雄差距太大；賴清德反問，苗栗到底提了哪個計畫該給但是沒給的？苗栗也沒提輕軌，也沒提其他重大建設。

曾銘宗追問，賴開出的7617.6億元支票會不會兌現？賴清德強調，他宣布的都是已核定、部會已審查通過。但曾銘宗質疑，有些未經政院核定？賴清德回答，至少有給可行性規畫的經費；賴也強調，地方有沒有能力負擔建設，都是由地方政府評估後提出，不會是行政院主動給的。

「里山好食節」起跑推動友善農作

【台灣醒報實習記者王馨慧台北報導】「愛，就是做一個好食客！」為了讓里山動物有安全的家，行政院農委會林務局、國立臺灣博物館、臺灣博物館基金會與慈心有機農業發展基金會，於23日在臺博館南門區舉辦「2018里山好食節」活動起跑記者會，預告28、29日將帶來農夫市集、音樂會、好食講堂等活動。同時宣告與悠遊卡公司合作發行「里山動物系列悠遊卡」，來推廣保育里山動物的理念。

「里山動物的保育，是每個人都可以盡一分力的。」林務局局長林慶華表示，里山動物的保育工作並非只是專家學者的工作，只要購買友善環境的農產品，就能保育里山動物，鼓勵農民使用友善農法。慈心基金會陳榮宗博士則分享自己看到水蜜桃農和野生獼猴和平共處的畫面，水蜜桃農留下部分水蜜桃工獼猴食用，讓獼猴不去破壞品質較好的果實。

「里山」（Satoyama）一詞源自日本，指深山和人類聚落交會的淺山生態系。生活在臺灣淺山區的石虎、食蛇龜、穿山甲等動物皆屬於里山動物，因為里山動物的生活區域和人類生活區域重疊，所以棲地常因土地開發、農藥使用不當等行為遭到破壞，因此舉辦「里山好食節」來喚醒民眾保育里山動物的動機。這次以里山動物作為活動大使，學習製作友善環境的美味料理，了解農業生產和野生動物的關係，進而支持保育農田生態。

臺博館南門區每週六定期舉辦「田裡有腳印市集」，市集銷售經綠色保育標章認證的產品，讓民眾用消費支持，本周末配合「里山好食節」，特別擴大邀請全國約40攤友善生產農友或店家設攤，另有像是「里山廚房」教導消費者挑選、亨煮友善環境產品；「手作教室」邀請親子一起製作豆花、木製童玩等；還有「里山音樂會」用音樂陪伴大家共度周末。
